Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

What is MLD?
Manual Gliding, gentle stretching massage technique that aims to promote the natural movement of the lymph fluid through the body's filtering system. MLD effects:

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is releasing or softening a muscle knot to reduce and/ or eliminate the knot pain and associated pain. This release happens by applying various levels of pressure to muscle knots and then stretching the affected areas through a complete range of motion.
